Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated sales professional – with ambition, heart and drive.

BarBrain is one of the fastest-growing SaaS start-ups for the hospitality industry. Our tool digitises inventory processes in restaurants, bars and hotels – efficiently, user-friendly and data-driven. With a growing number of qualified leads, a scalable product and strong references, we create real value for our customers every day. Your responsibilities (depending on onboarding & focus):

You are right at the heart of the active sales process: you contact interested businesses, convince in sales conversations and accompany customers all the way to closing – by phone, remotely or at on-site meetings.

  • Active outreach to qualified leads
  • Preparation & attendance of customer meetings – remote and on-site
  • Conducting sales conversations, presenting our product and clarifying individual requirements
  • CRM management (Pipedrive) – structured maintenance of contacts, progress and call notes
  • Follow-up on dormant leads and targeted reactivation
  • Support in creating proposals and sales materials
  • Close collaboration with the onboarding and support team for a smooth handover
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and implementing them together with the team
  • Managing existing accounts and continuously developing sales opportunities

What you bring:

  • Initial experience in sales, customer contact or account management
  • Ideally some exposure to the hospitality industry – e.g. through part-time jobs, internships or personal interest
  • Enjoy communicating – you approach people openly, on the phone and in person
  • Structured and self-directed way of working
  • Affinity for digital tools, automations and the like
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings (within the DACH region, by arrangement)
