Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Our tool digitizes inventory processes in restaurants, bars and hotels - efficiently, user-friendly and data-driven. We are now looking for you as a motivated sales professional - with ambition, heart and drive.

Your tasks (depending on familiarization & focus):

You are right in the middle of the active sales process: You contact interested companies, convince them in sales talks and accompany customers until the deal is closed - by telephone, remotely or at personal appointments on site.

  • Actively approaching qualified leads
  • Preparation & participation in customer appointments - remote and on-siteĀ 
  • Conducting sales talks, presenting our product and clarifying individual requirements
  • CRM management (Pipedrive) - structured maintenance of contacts, progress and call notes
  • Follow-up of dormant leads and targeted reactivation
  • Support in the preparation of offers and sales documents
  • Close cooperation with the onboarding and support team for a smooth handover
  • Recognize upselling approaches and implement them together with the team
  • Supporting existing customers and continuously developing sales opportunities

What you bring with you:

  • First experience in sales, customer contact or account management
  • Ideally initial contact with the catering industry - e.g. through part-time jobs, internships or personal interest
  • Good communication skills - you approach people openly, both on the phone and on site
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Affinity for digital tools, automation and co.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to customer appointments (in the DACH region, by arrangement)
