Working Student: Sales

We are looking for a working student eager to support our sales team.

BarBrain is one of the fastest-growing SaaS start-ups for the hospitality industry. Our solution helps restaurants, bars and hotels digitise their inventory processes – simply, efficiently and reliably. To win even more businesses over with our solution, we are looking for you to support our sales team.

Your responsibilities (depending on onboarding & focus):

You are part of our sales team and help lay the foundation for lasting customer relationships. You will not do everything from day one – but step by step you will take on more responsibility.

  • Maintaining our CRM system (Pipedrive) – creating, structuring, updating
  • Contacting potential customers (no cold calling – qualified leads only)
  • Supporting the preparation of meetings and sales materials
  • Following up on dormant leads
  • Assisting with onboarding new customers
  • Attending selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
  • Supporting upselling potential analyses and internal sales evaluations

What you bring:

  • You are an enrolled student – ideally in a business or communication-related programme
  • You work in a structured, reliable way and have a good sense for communication
  • You enjoy speaking with people – by phone, email or in person
  • Initial hands-on experience in sales or customer interaction is a plus – but not a must
  • You are familiar with digital tools and pick up new systems quickly
  • Interest in modern technologies, SaaS or AI solutions is welcome – but not required
