To win even more businesses over with our solution, we are looking for you to support our sales team.
Your responsibilities (depending on onboarding & focus):
You are part of our sales team and help lay the foundation for lasting customer relationships. You will not do everything from day one – but step by step you will take on more responsibility.
- Maintaining our CRM system (Pipedrive) – creating, structuring, updating
- Contacting potential customers (no cold calling – qualified leads only)
- Supporting the preparation of meetings and sales materials
- Following up on dormant leads
- Assisting with onboarding new customers
- Attending selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
- Supporting upselling potential analyses and internal sales evaluations
What you bring:
- You are an enrolled student – ideally in a business or communication-related programme
- You work in a structured, reliable way and have a good sense for communication
- You enjoy speaking with people – by phone, email or in person
- Initial hands-on experience in sales or customer interaction is a plus – but not a must
- You are familiar with digital tools and pick up new systems quickly
- Interest in modern technologies, SaaS or AI solutions is welcome – but not required
