We are looking for you to support our sales team so that we can inspire even more businesses with our solution.
Your tasks (depending on familiarization & focus):
You will be part of our sales team and help to lay the foundations for sustainable customer relationships. You won't do everything right from the start - but you will gradually take on more responsibility.
- Maintenance of our CRM system (Pipedrive) - creating, structuring, updating
- Contacting potential customers (no cold calling, but qualified leads)
- Support with the preparation of appointments and sales documents
- Follow-up of dormant leads
- Assistance with onboarding new customers
- Participation in selected customer appointments on site or remotely
- Support with upselling potential analyses and internal sales evaluations
What you bring with you:
- You are an enrolledstudent- preferably in a business or communications-related degree program
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and have a good sense of communication
- You enjoy talking to people - by phone, e-mail or on site
- First practical experience in sales or customer contact is a plus - but not a must
- You are familiar with digital tools and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- Interest in modern technologies, SaaS or AI solutions is desirable - but not a must
