Lukas Graf works for us in Business Development and has many years of experience in the catering industry. As the former operations manager of a large catering business, he knows exactly how challenging everyday life in the industry can be - especially when it comes to processes such as inventory or merchandise management. He was later responsible for the complete digitalization of the German ice hockey league club, where he got to know BarBrain. Convinced of the benefits, he used BarBrain himself and therefore knows exactly what is important to our customers. Today, Lukas supports catering businesses in optimizing their processes and gaining more time for the essentials.
