With his many years of experience in building and scaling digital business models, he ensures that everything runs smoothly at BarBrain—both strategically and operationally. Michael has founded, managed, and sold companies himself—he knows the challenges of day-to-day operations as well as the big questions surrounding strategy, team, and growth. Most recently, he led international scaling at the Aufinity Group. What sets him apart is his eye for clear processes and his commitment to always designing technology that is closely aligned with user needs.
