Working Student: Fulfilment & Support

We are looking for a working student eager to support our operations team in fulfilment and customer support.

BarBrain is one of the fastest-growing SaaS tools for the hospitality industry. We help restaurants, bars and hotels manage their inventory efficiently and digitally – no more Excel chaos. With a strong product, exciting customers and an ambitious team in Munich, we are on a growth trajectory.

That is where you come in: we are looking for a working student who wants to support our operations team in fulfilment and customer support – reliable, structured and with a love of teamwork.

Your responsibilities (depending on experience & onboarding):

  • Supporting the onboarding of new customers
  • Maintaining and uploading product lists and master data
  • Managing our support tool (e.g. ticket system)
  • Technical support for customers when setting up our app (on-site & remote)
  • Maintaining the knowledge base & internal content
  • Contributing to operational processes around our customers

Don’t worry – you won’t take on everything at once. We will build you up step by step and show you everything along the way.

What you bring:

  • You are an enrolled student – ideally in a business, technical or communication-related programme
  • Initial work experience (e.g. from internships, working-student jobs or part-time roles) is a plus – but not a must
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and are keen to take on responsibility
  • You are comfortable with online tools – or learn quickly when something is new
  • You are interested in digital processes, software and ideally new technologies such as AI tools – but you don’t need to be a tech expert
  • You communicate clearly, friendly and professionally – whether within the team or with customers
