Enter the Dragon is one of Munich’s most popular nightlife venues. The complex includes the Drunken Monkey Club — a combination of bar, club and event location. A nightclub has different inventory requirements than a restaurant. Large volumes of spirits, beer, soft drinks, energy drinks — plus consumables like straws, napkins and cups. The product range is broad, throughput is high, and inventory takes place during the day when the club is closed.
The challenge: a full day for inventory
