Can I save my stocktake progress and continue later?

This article explains how you can save the progress of your stocktake in BarBrain and continue later.

Yes, with BarBrain you can pause your stocktake at any time and continue later. Your progress stays safely saved.

How it works:

1. Automatic saving:

  • The progress of your count is saved automatically on your device. If you have to pause the stocktake, no data is lost.

2. Continuing the stocktake:

  • When you want to carry on, simply select the area you've already started.
  • The app shows you exactly where you left off, so you can pick up right there.

3. Completing an area:

  • Once you've finished counting an area, you can mark it as done („fertig“) in the app.
  • The stocktake report is then saved in the cloud, where you can access it at any time.

Benefits of saving progress:

  • Flexibility: You can do the stocktake at your own pace without worrying about losing data.
  • Efficiency: Areas can be completed independently of each other, which is ideal for teams with several people responsible.
  • Security: All completed areas are stored securely in the cloud.
