Can I add products that are not publicly listed?

Yes, in BarBrain you can add products that are only visible to you or your team and do not appear publicly in the general product list. This way, you can create individual items specifically tailored to your needs.

How do I create a custom product?

Follow these steps to add your own product:

1. Open areas: In BarBrain, go to "Areas" and select the area where you want to add the product.‍
2. Add product: Tap the blue plus icon in the bottom right corner to create a new product.‍
3. Choose product name and category:
   
   1. ‍‍Select a category: First, choose a main category for your product: Beverages, Food, Paper, Empties, Other
   2. Set a subcategory: If you select Food, for example, you will also need to choose a subcategory that matches your product
4. ‍Add details:
   
   1. ‍Product name: Enter the full name of your product.
   2. Set measurement unit: Choose how the product is measured:
   3. Kilogram
   4. Piece
   5. Litre
   6. Box
   7. Tin
   8. Pack
   9. (Suitable options are displayed depending on the category.)
   10. Optional: Add a photo — upload an image of the product to make it easier to identify.
5. Save: Tap "Create" to add the product. It will only appear in your system and is not available in the public list.​
